Founded by master builder and project director Eric Vance, Radessen was born out of watching the same failure repeat across Bay Area luxury custom builds: a vision signed off on paper, then re-priced, re-cut, and compromised in the field as architects and general contractors pointed fingers over the delta.
He built Radessen to eliminate that divide entirely: a unified multidisciplinary practice where licensed architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and master builders collaborate under one roof from the very first concept sketch, with one contract and open-book cost engineering.
